Domestic Return and Refund Policy (Within India)

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

• For hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items include those that are intimate in nature or that cannot be restocked due to health and safety concerns.
• Once these products are purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a product that is *damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must inform us within *24hours of receiving the order. For that and opening video of parcel and product without any gap is mandatory. Without video we can not accept your return or exchange request.
• Our team will verify the issue, and if confirmed, we will provide a replacement or offer an appropriate solution at the earliest possible time.
  Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product is in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

To initiate a return, please contact us at *sindoori2023@gmail.com. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with a *return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

**Return Address will be sent once your return is approved.

We have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return

Note: Items sent back to us without a prior approved return request will not be accepted.

Once return is initiated, Refund will be credited through your original payment method within 6 to 8 days

Damages and Issues:

• Upon receipt of your order, we request that you inspect the item immediately. If you identify any issues (damaged, defective, or wrong item), please reach out to us immediately at sindoori2023@gmail.com so that we can assist you in resolving the matter.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain types of items cannot be returned:
• Custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders).
• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases).
• Sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchange Policy:

• The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
• Exchange product will be delivered within 5 to 7 days
• Replacement order will be delivered within 5 to 7 days

Refunds for Domestic Orders:

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return
• If your return is approved, you will be issued a credit note which you can use for your another purchase within 15 days of approved return. The purchase values should be either equal of original amount or more than that.

-Only defective product is eligible for refund or alternate solution with an opening video.

• Please note that it may take some additional time for your **bank or credit card to show refund amount of defective piece.

International Return and Refund Policy (Outside India)

Return or exchange not eligible on international orders except defective product with an opening video.
